Bagasbas Beach is the most popular beach in Camarines Norte. Located in Daet, it is known as one of the top surfing destinations in the Bicol Region. The beach stretches for about 2 kilometers and faces the Pacific Ocean, which gives it strong and consistent waves.

Surfing is the main activity at Bagasbas. The waves are suitable for beginners, intermediate, and sometimes advanced surfers depending on the season. Surfboards can be rented from local shops near the beach, and surf instructors are available for those who want to learn.

Getting There

From Daet town proper, take a tricycle or jeepney going to Bagasbas. Travel time is about 10 to 15 minutes. The fare is very affordable. You can also walk from the town center if you enjoy a short stroll.
